About Me

Becoming highly allergic to wheat on my honeymoon, left me ill for 9 days out of the 14 that we were away. This was not the start to married life I expected.

I am wife and a mother who has been Living with this severe allergy for over 17 years.  It has quite literally been one of the most debilitating aspects of my personal and daily life. At the time the allergy was discovered, it was at a time that wheat and gluten allergies were not widely known about, or adequately catered for.

So having lived with this for the length of time I have, I thought it might be useful to share my journey and what I have learnt over the years, sharing all my experiences and tips for living a life free from wheat and gluten.

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Finally I believe it prudent to be clear that I am not a nutritionist or expert in any sense, I can only share my personal journey, the things I have learnt and my tips in terms of what has or hasn't worked for me.
